When the times comes to return your instrument for calibration, diagnostic check up or other services, please fill the following form and submit it. The information we are asking you is necessary to serve you in the best way.

Please, include in the shipment
– A description of the system
– The kind of services required
– The description of the operational fault

Write the RMA number on the shipment
Please, write on the shipment the RMA number that the Customer Support Manager indicated to you

Instrument cleaning
Please remove as much biological material and/or anti-foul coatings as possible before shipping
