Next Generation calibration-free pH Sensor for Oceans and Fresh Water
The Profling Beacon by Communication Technology provides Real-Time profiles of the whole column of water.
Meteo-Marine Buoy for coastal installations
LISC is the powerful datalogger by Communication Technology for the real-time monitoring of Oceanographic data.
The SeaFET™ Ocean pH Sensor was developed by Dr. Kenneth Johnson of the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute (MBARI) and Dr. Todd Martz of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, University of California San Diego. Satlantic has collaborated with MBARI and Scripps to make the instrument commercially available to the research community.
Measures conductivity, temperature, depth, dissolved oxygen, pH, turbidity, and chlorophyll. It is ideally suited for extended deployments in remote, biologically rich environments, for depths to 350 m.
The SeapHOx combines the Satlantic SeaFET pH sensor with the Sea-Bird Electronics SBE 37-SMP-ODO MicroCAT CTD+DO sensor. The SeapHOx allows for the integrated data collection of pH with the critical oceanographic and biological measurement of temperature, salinity, and oxygen. The integrated package also allows the SeaFETTM to take advantage of the SBE 37's pumped flow path and anti-fouling technology, extending deployment durations in some cases.
The SBE 18 pH Sensor uses a pressure-balanced glass-electrode /Ag/AgCl-reference pH probe to provide in-situ measurements at depths up to 1200 meters (3900 ft).
The SBE 27 pH and O.R.P. (Redox) sensor combines a pressure balanced glass-electrode, Ag/AgCl reference probe and platinum O.R.P. electrode to provide in-situ measurements up to 1200 meters (3,900 ft) deep. The replaceable pH probe is permanently sealed and is supplied with a soaker bottle attachment to prevent the reference electrode from drying out during storage.
The SeaFET™ V2 Ocean pH sensor is an ion selective field effect transistor (ISFET) type sensor for accurate long-term pH measurements in salt water.
