High-Resolution Profiling Reflectance Radiometer. The split configuration
separates the radiance and irradiance heads and orients them in a lowering
frame so that the collectors are aligned on the same optical plane. Measures

upwelling radiance, water temperature, detector array temperature, roll and
pitch, and depth/pressure.

Profiling Ultraviolet Radiometer System. Logs and
measures vertical profiles of 7 wavelengths of downwelling irradiance with 1
channel measuring upwelling radiance, and water temperature, 350 m full
scale depth. Typical irradiance bands are 305, 313, 320, 340, 380, 395 nm
and PAR (400-700 nm). Typical radiance is natural fluorescence.

Ground-based High-Resolution UV-Visible Scanning Spectroradiometer.
Measures UV and visible irradiance from 280 to 600 nm with 0.7 nm bandwidth.
The design is based on instruments proven in the National Science Foundation
UV Monitoring Network that have been in operation since 1988 in Antarctica,
the Arctic, South America, and California. Each instrument is temperature
controlled and optimized to meet the specific needs of the customer.

long-term UV monitoring, or as an AC powered surface reference for the

Profiling Natural Fluorometer. Measures vertical profiles of natural (solar
stimulated) fluorescence (Lu(chl) -- upwelling radiance), scalar irradiance over
PAR (400-700 nm), water temperature, pressure/depth, and battery voltage. System
also records time series of scalar PAR at the surface using QSR-240 quantum
scalar sensor. Calculated values include photosynthetic rates, volume
fluorescence, and chlorophyll concentration.
